Rule 1
While striving for perfecting the decision making process a
leader cannot be paralysed with the fear of making a wrong decision.
Rule 2
Recognising wrong decisions though a part of leadership is
better than regretting having made no decision at all.
Rule 3
However recognising wrong decisions made in the past must have
its own time and place and never during the process itself.
Rule 4
Wallowing in wrong decisions made will merely impede one’s
ability to survive the decision making process.
Rule 5
A leader’s duty is his solitary guide and never to be made
subservient to his expectations. Anticipation of result whether
negative or positive takes away from one’s focus on duty.
