Its interesting the number of times leaders come to me and say , " How do we keep the fires burning after we leave? How do we keep our people focused? How do we raise their consciousness? How do we raise  their sense of urgency? And then I recall why I wrote the book ....for the exact same reasons! Now  that the book is available, I get invited to talk shows all over and am now regarded as an author ( something I had no inclination to be!) and Yet the people I wrote it for still keep asking me the same questions!

I realise now that you can take the buffalo to the watering hole but cannot make it drink!  I know some  of you enjoy wallowing in the mud of ignorance but you have leaders who need this book badly! I wrote to all of you last year that if you are not moving ten books a week in your network you are not a leader. If you are not moving two books a week in your group, you are not even networking.....

You still remain water buffaloes...
