Deepavali is a celebration of life. It is rejoicing our inherent purpose of being, to seek enlightenment. That amidst all the darkness around us, we each carry light within us, from a spark to a raging sun.

As the Lord himself is Light Incarnate, this is not merely a Festival of Lights but a Festival of Enlightenment. May each of you seek to bring out your light within today and dispel the darkness without. As a billion points of light converge, it will set the planet alight.
