The Daily Island and Bottomline, newspapers in Sri Lanka reported Vijay Eswaran's comments on the AAAA Business Summit 2009, held in Dubai in early Feb 2009. His key message is that South-South cooperation is a must in these troubled times of global recession if we want to move on from it.
