Seventy-five per cent of the global workforce will comprise millennials by 2025, while more than half of today’s jobs will become obsolete with advancements in technology and automation. Qi Group of companies executive chairman Datuk Seri Vijay Eswaran, said most millennials do not want a 9am to 5pm existence.
