PJ City FC, the only all local outfit in the Super League, will don their new kits when they meet Terengganu at the MBPJ Stadium on Wednesday. Taking inspiration from the previous season’s colours of sky blue for the home kit and vibrant red for away kit, PJ City aim to continue their trailblazing ways in Malaysian football. PJ City, who adopted the MBPJ Stadium as their home ground, have pumped in RM2.7 million through their owner, Datuk Seri Vijay Eswaran, for a major facelift. “We want to entice and inspire the youths to excel in sports and promote unity within our diverse PJ community. The renovations and facelifts to the stadium include a new track and field, and locker rooms for the players,” said Vijay who is also chairman of the Qi Group, the title sponsor of the PJ City team.
